Occupation: Graphic Designer and Photographer.

I consider myself… creative, positive and adventuress, pet lover.
How I got here?
Before I decided to came for the first time in Christmas 2021 I realized myself that Canada had an advanced vision in arts and technology. Now I got the first step: learn English, my second one Why don’t? study my profession.
From the week one back to Mexico I talked with my family about how enchanted I was of Canada, not just in a touristy way, Canada showed and almost sell you your future. Me, being a Mexican, well the social media painted very easy that dream. But the truth is that it is more complicated than you think, I can say that now from experience, but of course, every story is different for everybody.
For me, it took me exactly 1 year, infinite hours of extra work, to sell many of my things online, comments for many relatives saying that I wouldn’t make it or that it wouldn’t be a good idea, plus many nights thinking if they were right.
I was betting practically everything I had of value, and I’m not just talking about monetarily. It was like playing chess, I tried to see every way and probability that I had, what I would need to give and how act if something doesn’t work as planned.
One day I just decided. I had everything and at the same time nothing to lose, and if it was my dream I had to prove to myself how much courage I would have to fight for it.
